How should we clean the CNC hydraulic press

1) Select cleaning oil: if the pipeline oil tank of the CNC hydraulic press is relatively clean, the viscosity of the working liquid or the same kind of washing oil can be used. If it is found that the hydraulic press is not clean, the cleaning is likely to be slightly low viscosity oil.

2) Cleaning of heating oil: the software parts of the oil rolling system of CNC hydraulic press are very easy to fall off. Generally, they are heated to 50-60 ℃. When the cleaning working pressure is 0.2-0.4mpa, the flow rate of the cleaned oil shall be as large as possible to facilitate the removal of stains.

3) Installed filter: 50-100 μ In the cleaning control circuit of the primary filter, the channel is installed and the oil return hole is 10-50 μ Filter installation. At the beginning of the initial effect filter, after cleaning for a period of time, it is gradually converted to the oil filter in the fine grid diagram and the gradient direction filter. The cleaning time is generally 8 to 24 hours. Start the cleaning of hydraulic oil filter element every 30 minutes, and gradually remove and replace the fine mesh filter and cleaning effect. Excellent high viscosity oil increases the cleaning interval. For hydraulic press with serious environmental pollution, pay attention to and clean the viscosity of the oil to be cleaned, and apply oil with similar viscosity.

4) Knocking with a wooden mallet on the cleaning side can push down pollutants. Elbows and weldments shall be used to knock musical instruments, but excessive force is not necessary to prevent the hydraulic press pipe from cracking.

5) Discharge the cleaning oil: after the hydraulic press is cleaned, clean the oil as much as possible, including pumps, valves, pipelines, and clean the oil in the cooler. Loosen the pipeline, conduct air compression purging, or add working oil, and clean the oil.

6) Add a new hydraulic press working oil and clean the oil. A new gear oil and short-term stability test should be added immediately to avoid hydraulic press pipeline erosion and other adverse effects.
