The four column hydraulic press is a common machine and equipment in the contemporary machinery manufacturing industry. However, when applying the four column hydraulic press, it simply causes forced vibration due to the internal or external regular interference force of the technical management system, which will cause certain harm to all the normal operation of the four column hydraulic press. Therefore, we want to introduce the shock absorption method of the four column multipurpose four column hydraulic press in detail.

1: Thickened cushion block on the workbench: as we all know, the key factor causing the vibration of the four column hydraulic press is the sudden release of the great kinetic energy stored in the liquid in the working cylinder. Therefore, the way to solve this problem is to find ways to reduce the storage of liquid ductile shrinkage energy in the working cylinder.

Therefore, a cushion block with certain wall thickness is added between the worktable and the lower die of the four column hydraulic press to shift the working stroke of the moving beam, and then reduce the capacity of the upper chamber of the working cylinder in case of sudden load loss, which correspondingly reduces the stored liquid ductility kinetic energy.

2: The working cylinder and piston pump of the hydraulic press with series piston pumps are divided into front and rear sections. When the empty distance is down, the left and right piston pumps and the moving beam are reduced together. After touching the product workpiece, the oil inlet and drain port of the upper cylinder of the four column hydraulic press is closed, but the working pressure oil is fed into the upper cavity of the lower cylinder, the oil is drained from the lower cavity, and the piston pump and the moving beam are pushed to relax the pressure together. When the material breaks and suddenly loses load, The plunger pump of the upper cylinder is unremitting, and only the lower cavity plunger pump is likely to form a downward impact. However, because the lower cylinder only needs to meet the requirements of material sealing and control, the stroke arrangement of the plunger pump does not need to be very large, and the capacity of the upper cavity of the lower cylinder can also be relatively small, so the liquid ductility stored is also relatively small, which correspondingly reduces the impact shock.

3: Add a one-way throttle valve on the hydraulic control oil and water make-up road of the hydraulic control check valve of the four column hydraulic press. According to the production scheduling of the one-way throttle valve, operate the clearance of the total flow of the hydraulic control valve to reduce the operation rate of the operating piston rod, which widens the opening time of the main valve of the hydraulic control check valve. First open the small relief valve on the main valve core, and then open the main valve, and the pressure relief time can be widened, It can remove shock, impact and noise.
