It can use the oil provided by small hydraulic pump, and store the unnecessary pressure oil output by hydraulic pump in the accumulator for auxiliary power device application. When the hydraulic cylinder performs rapid fitness exercise, the total flow required is large. At this time, the system software pressure is low. Therefore, the accumulator discharges the pressure oil and provides the hydraulic cylinder with the pressure oil output by the hydraulic pump at the same time, so that the hydraulic cylinder can complete the rapid fitness exercise. When the hydraulic cylinder exercises rapidly, because the accumulator participates in the oil provided, there is no need to select a hydraulic pump with a large total flow, which can not only reduce the consumption of motor output power, but also reduce the temperature of the hydraulic transmission system and adopt small-size auxiliary components.

3. Complete pump shutdown and pressure test

The CNC hydraulic press is used to clamp the pump stop and pressure test control circuit of the system software. When the hydraulic cylinder is clamped, the pressure of the NC hydraulic press increases and the accumulator is filled with liquid; When the automobile relay opens the pressure, it sends a signal to stop the rotation of the hydraulic pump. The repeated movement or sudden termination of components, the sudden conversion or shutdown of pressure regulating valve and the sudden operation or termination of hydraulic pump usually cause pressure impact and vibration analysis.
