Hy49 bicycle three-way extrusion hydraulic press is an ideal choice for the production of bicycle middle axle and other axle parts. The main cylinder of the machine is die locked, and the left and right synchronous side cylinders complete the blank extrusion. It is also equipped with the hydraulic feeder produced by our factory to realize the full-automatic work of feeding, extrusion and discharging without adding another hydraulic system and control system. The machine body adopts the overall frame structure, with good rigidity, small deformation, large left and right openings and wide application range. The main sliding block is driven by the master cylinder and moves up and down under the guidance of two guide pillars. The upper and lower half molds are respectively fixed on the workbench base plate and the sliding block, and the blank to be extruded is clamped after the upper and lower molds. The extrusion die is fixed on the left and right sliding blocks, which are driven by the left and right oil cylinders respectively. Due to the high extrusion accuracy, the left and right sliding blocks are guided by the dovetail groove on the left and right sliding seats, and the left and right sliding seats are fixed on the fuselage frame. The sliding blocks have high guiding accuracy. The two sliding blocks use a mechanical connecting rod device to ensure the accuracy of synchronization. The master cylinder and two side cylinders are equipped with speed increasing cylinders to speed up the idle speed and return speed. The oil tank is placed on the top of the fuselage, which is more conducive to the liquid filling of each oil cylinder at high speed, and also reduces the floor area of the equipment. The valve integration adopts the domestic Rexroth slide valve produced by the imported technology, the system is more stable and the service life is longer. The oil pump adopts imported Denison high-pressure vane pump, which has the advantages of small volume, large flow and long service life. In order to improve the stability of the system and prolong the service life of hydraulic parts, the system is equipped with oil inlet filter and finned water cooler to ensure the stable operation of the press 24 hours a day.

The electrical system of the machine adopts strong and weak current separation design to increase safety. The strong current cabinet is placed on the top of the machine body, close to the motor. The motor is started with y △ to reduce the starting load. The PLC in the weak current cabinet controls the action of the whole machine, and the PLC control signal controls the actuator through a small intermediate relay. PLC control has high reliability. It has the advantages of convenient maintenance, space saving and high response speed. The whole machine and travel switches are all proximity switches, which have the advantages of high positioning accuracy, no mechanical life and not easy to be damaged. In addition, the machine also adds a safety switch to ensure that the next die closing and extrusion action can be carried out after each discharge. The utility model avoids the damage of the die caused by the coincidence of die materials due to the failure of timely delivery of finished products in the die.
