The hydraulic oil pump of the four column hydraulic press is the energy component of the hydraulic transmission system. Its function is to supply working pressure oil to the hydraulic transmission system. From the perspective of heat transfer, it converts the chemical energy output by the transmission device (such as automobile engine) into the load energy of liquid medicine conducive to transportation. The oil motor belongs to the implementation components. It can convert the burden energy of the input liquid medicine into the mechanical kinetic energy of the rotation of the output shaft for dragging the load for work. According to the structural form, the hydraulic oil pump and oil motor can be divided into worm gear type, leaf type, plunger pump type and so on.

1. Working pressure of hydraulic oil pump of four column hydraulic press

Hydraulic oil pump pressure refers to the working pressure of the hydraulic oil output (or input) by the pump (or motor) during specific operation, which is determined from the external load.

Rated working pressure refers to the large working pressure that can operate continuously according to the experimental standard under normal working conditions. Its size is limited by its service life. If the rated working pressure is exceeded, the service life of the pump (or motor) may be shorter than that of the design scheme. When the working pressure is too higher than the rated value, the working pressure is also called overweight.

2. Speed ratio of four column hydraulic press

The working transfer speed ratio refers to the specific running speed of the pump (or motor) during operation.

Rated speed ratio refers to the large speed ratio that can last for long-term normal operation under stable working pressure. If the pump exceeds the rated speed ratio, it will cause insufficient oil removal, vibration and loud noise, parts will be damaged by cavitation, and the service life will be reduced.

3. Exhaust volume and total flow of four column hydraulic press

Exhaust volume refers to the volume of liquid discharged (or keyed in) from the geometric shape and specification of the sealing cavity every revolution of the pump (or motor). The common enterprise is ml / R (ml / revolution). The variable displacement piston pump (or independent variable motor) can be changed after adjustment, and the variable displacement pump (or quantitative analysis motor) cannot be changed.

The specific total flow refers to the total flow at the inlet and outlet (or inlet) when the pump (or motor) is working. Because the pump itself has internal leakage, its specific data flow is lower than the basic theoretical total flow. Because the motor itself also has internal leakage, to complete the specific speed ratio, in order to compensate the leakage, the specific total flow must exceed the basic theoretical total flow.

4. High efficiency of four column hydraulic press

Capacity and high efficiency. For hydraulic oil pump, it refers to the ratio of its specific total flow to the basic theoretical total flow. For oil motor, it refers to the ratio of the basic theoretical total flow to the specific total flow.

Mechanical energy, for hydraulic oil pump, refers to the ratio of its basic theoretical torque to the specific torque. For the oil motor, the specific derived torque is the torque after the basic theoretical torque gets rid of the friction force, so its mechanical energy is the ratio of the real output torque to the basic theoretical torque.

Total efficiency refers to the ratio of the rated power of the pump (or motor) to the input power. The total efficiency is equivalent to the multiplication of capacity efficiency and mechanical energy.
