According to the application characteristics, hydraulic presses are divided into double action deep drawing press, multi process full-automatic press, rotary head press, hot die forging press and hot forging press.

① Double acting deep drawing press: it has two inner and outer rollers for deep drawing and forming of cup-shaped parts. Before drawing, the outer roller first clamps the edge of the plate, and then the inner roller pushes the die base to draw the cup body to prevent the edge of the billet from wrinkling. After deep drawing, the inner roller goes back and forth first, and the outer roller is loosened later. Ratio of nominal pressure of internal and external rollers to working force (1.7 ~ 1): 1.

② Multi process full-automatic press: several processes are set up on one press, the equipment is multi-channel forming die shell, and the embryo material is moved to the next process automatically. In the one-time schedule of the press, each process carries out each forming process at the same time to make a product workpiece.

③ Rotary head press: a rotary head with dozens of sets of molds can be equipped between the roller and the console, and the molds can be used as needed. The blank is placed on the grinding tool and will not move again. At the end of each schedule, the rotary head rotates one part to carry out a process flow. This kind of press has high precision level and is conducive to regulating commodities. One machine is commonly used and is mostly used for cold extrusion of instrument and equipment base plate and control panel. rotate

The head press can be added with a CNC machine tool. According to the compiled command, the mold shell and plate can be used to form the position, and the complex stamping die work can be carried out automatically.

⑤ Hot forging machine: it is used for warm extrusion of metal parts by cold and four column hydraulic press, such as gun cartridge case, toothpaste tube, etc. The hot forging machine is generally column type, which is characterized by good bending stiffness, high guiding precision, too high working pressure, small cabinet table during work, and long travel.

④ Hot die forging press: used for manufacturing die forgings. The overall fuselage has large bending stiffness, long guiding surface and strong ability to bear wheel load. In the past, the commonly used crank connecting rod organization has been changed into double roller type and wedge type in order to improve the stiffness. Double roller type has simple structure and light weight; The total area of wedge structure support is large, but the high efficiency of transmission system is low. During free forging, the roller is very easy to get stuck around the bottom dead center (also known as stuffy car),

Therefore, it is equipped with slippage equipment. There are left and right injection equipment in the mechanical equipment, which can complete the multi-mode optical fiber chamber forging. The steel castings have high precision and are suitable for mass production. The larger model is 160 Mn.
