The power transmission material of the hydraulic transmission system of four column hydraulic press is generally hydraulic oil, so the function of hydraulic oil immediately endangers the characteristics of the hydraulic transmission system. Controlling the operating temperature of hydraulic oil is also a necessary condition for the normal operation of hydraulic transmission system. In the production and manufacturing of iron and steel industry, the hydraulic oil temperature of general hydraulic transmission system should be adjusted at 30 ℃ - 60 ℃, while the good ambient temperature is 40 ± 2 ℃. Big housework seeks to put the temperature control in this category, so as to achieve the actual effect in the work of the hydraulic transmission system. If the hydraulic oil temperature is too high, it will do a lot of bad harm to the hydraulic transmission system of the four column hydraulic press. The key interference after high oil temperature includes the following aspects:

(1) The high oil temperature reduces the viscosity of the oil, so the leakage of components and dry outside the system will increase, which will reduce the capacity rate of the hydraulic oil pump.

(2) The high oil temperature reduces the viscosity of the oil, which expands the total flow of the hydraulic oil through the small circular hole of the throttle valve or the clearance gate valve, which changes the previously adjusted operation rate, endangers the reliability in the work and reduces the precision in the work.

(3) After the oil temperature is high and the viscosity is reduced, the lubricating grease film between the relative speed surfaces will become soft, which will damage the lifting equipment, and common faults are easy to occur when the hydraulic oil is not clean.

(4) High oil temperature will cause thermal deformation of mechanical equipment components, and components such as hydraulic solenoid valves will swell when they encounter heat, which is likely to reduce the mutual coordination spacing, thus endangering the movement of valve core, lifting damage, and even jamming.

(5) The high temperature of four column hydraulic oil will accelerate the air oxidation of hydraulic oil, cause mildew of hydraulic oil and reduce the service life of oil. Precipitates such as asphalt dissolved in the oil will continue to block the small round holes and gaps of components, endangering the routine work of the operating system.

(6) Too high temperature makes the sealing equipment brittle and moldy rapidly and lacks the sealing characteristics.
