More than 70% of CNC hydraulic press system software problems are caused by hydraulic press materials (mainly gear oil). In addition to the environmental pollution, the high gear oil temperature is one of the key reasons that endanger the normal operation of the hydraulic press system software. The normal working temperature of CNC hydraulic press system software is 30-50 ℃, no more than 70 ℃ and no less than 15 ℃. What are the hazards of high temperature to the function of hydraulic press system software, what are the reasons for the formation of high temperature, and how to avoid it?

1. Composition and working principle of CNC hydraulic press system software

A detailed hydraulic press system software consists of the following parts: driving force components, executive components, control components, auxiliary components and gear oil; The actual effect of driving force components (gasoline pump in the management system) is to convert the mechanical kinetic energy of the motor into liquid working pressure energy to provide driving force for all hydraulic press system software. The actual effect of executing components (such as hydraulic system and oil motor) is to convert the liquid working pressure energy into mechanical kinetic energy, and the driver load moves repeatedly or reversely in parallel. Operating components (i.e. various hydraulic solenoid valves) operate and regulate the working pressure, total flow and orientation of liquid in the hydraulic press system software. Auxiliary components include oil tank, oil filter, cooler, heater, barometer, oil thermometer, etc. Gear oil is the working material that transmits kinetic energy in the hydraulic press system software.

2. Harm of high gear oil temperature to CNC hydraulic press system software

If the software temperature of the hydraulic press system is too high, it will reduce the viscosity of the gear oil, produce cavitation, accelerate the aging of the oil and other adverse effects, reduce the smoothness between the moving components of the management system, aggravate the damage, and make the hydraulic system invalid or stuck; Together, it will accelerate the aging of sealing and lose the ductility. At least, it will make the management system leak oil. If it is not optimistic, it will form the shutdown of the management system.

2.1 hazards to gear oil viscosity

In the general field, the working pressure of hydraulic press system software is below 20MPa. Because under the working pressure, the harm of working pressure to the viscosity of gear oil can be ignored, mainly considering the harm of temperature to viscosity; When the temperature rises, the adhesion of oil molecular structure decreases, and its viscosity decreases. The harm of reducing the viscosity of gear oil to the composition of the management system is the amount of leakage. In addition, it is known from the basic principle of leakage of gear oil gap that the amount of leakage is positively correlated with the arrival number of gear oil viscosity. When the temperature rises, the amount of leakage doubles.

2.2 easier onset of cavitation

When the temperature rises, the air separation pressure and mellow saturated steam pressure in the gear oil will rise, making the cavitation phenomenon easier to occur. For example, when the general hydraulic oil pump works, the disease will occur when the vacuum value is 0.5cpa. Cavitation caused by cavitation will not be optimistic, damage the surface of components (especially driving components), greatly shorten the application life of components, and reduce the working output power of all hydraulic press system software, such as the degreasing ability and capacity output power of hydraulic oil pump. 2.3 accelerating the embrittlement of gear oil

Air oxidation reaction is the main reason for the embrittlement of gear oil, and the onset of air oxidation reaction is closely related to the temperature. Experiments show that when the temperature reaches the temperature zone (55-60 ℃), the air oxidation reaction of gear oil will double for every 10 ℃ rise in temperature, and its life limit will be reduced by 50%. After the environmental pollution of gear oil, it will accelerate the damage in the middle of each component and cause a vicious cycle.

3. Cause analysis of high temperature of CNC hydraulic press system software

According to the basic working principle of hydraulic press system software, there are two parts of heat generation in the management system: one is the driving component gasoline pump that converts mechanical kinetic energy into working pressure energy, and the other is the operating component and executive component that converts working pressure energy into mechanical kinetic energy; These two parts need the onset calorific value under normal operation, and this calorific value is cooled by the refrigeration management system of the management system. Therefore, when one or more of these components work abnormally, the oil temperature of the management system will be high.
