1、 The operator of the numerical control hydraulic press shall master the basic principle of the hydraulic management system, the actual effect of the main hydraulic components of the machine and equipment, and the operation sequence of the management system. Before starting the machinery and equipment, check whether all moving mechanisms and relays have reached the initial state, and check the oil volume of the oil tank. If there is an abnormality or a little residual oil shortage, it is strictly prohibited to start the hydraulic pump motor, and find the maintenance staff to carry out maintenance. The operator shall often query the working conditions of the hydraulic management system, observe the working pressure and speed, and query the product workpiece limit and prop damage, so as to ensure the stability and stability of the hydraulic management system.

2、 In winter, when the temperature of the oil tank does not reach 25 ℃, each actuator can not start working in sequence, but only start the hydraulic pump motor to make the hydraulic pump work empty. During the whole process of summer work, when the temperature in the oil tank is higher than 60 ℃, pay attention to investigate the working condition of the hydraulic management system and inform the maintenance staff to solve it. The operator shall not destroy the automatic interlocking machine equipment of the electrical equipment management system, push the motor control valve, or destroy or arbitrarily move the direction of each actual operation gear.

3、 For the hydraulic equipment that has been shut down for more than 4 hours, start the hydraulic pump motor for 5-10min before starting to work. When there is a problem with the hydraulic management system, the operator cannot move around automatically without authorization, and should report to the maintenance department immediately. Constantly clean the hydraulic equipment to prevent dust, cutting oil for drilling, drilling, cotton yarn and other dirt from entering the oil tank.
